We recorded the Maples Grad Fashion Show on Wednesday May 23rd. We had a successful "Live Broadcast" of the show. We will release the recording of the live show here on Channel 7 Oaks in the near future.

We have finished releasing “The Maples Diwali Celebration Series”. The series is broken into nine parts and the videos are presented in no specific order. Each video segment of the series has a description outlining the content of that specific video. We hope you enjoy the videos in this series.  The video series was recorded at Maples Collegiate on the evening of the 16th of November 2011.

Channel 7 Oaks was on location to record both the girls and boys varsity basketball games at Maples Collegiate on February 15th, 2012. One of our students was on site to do the play by play commentary and did a fabulous job. We have some exciting footage and look forward to releasing the video here on Channel 7 Oaks.

We are in the process of editing and preparing new material for the station. In the upcoming weeks, we plan to release the video of the “Maples Collegiate Dance Recital” which was recorded live on January 19th, 2012. The Channel 7 Oaks Production Crew is also preparing to record their first sporting event in early February. Stay tuned for updates and be sure to follow us on Twitter.

On the 16th of November 2011 Maples Collegiate celebrated its first Diwali. Diwali, the festival of lights, is the most popular of all the festivals from South Asia. Channel 7 Oaks was there to broadcast the event to the World. We will be releasing the performances we recorded that evening.
